My sister and I promised each other that we would get in shape and run, yes I said run, the Susan G Komen 5k on Mother's Day 2011.
For those of you who aren't familiar with C25K, it's a program to get you up off the couch and running a 5k within 9 weeks. The first day goes like this. 5 minutes of warm-up walking, 60 seconds of jogging, 90 seconds of walking (repeat 6 times) then finish up with 5 minutes of cool-down walking.
