Amy's generously sent me three delicious soups to try along with a super adorable lunch tote!
The first soup I tried was the Hearty Spanish Rice & Red Bean Soup. Amy's Spanish Rice and Red Beans is a robust soup that combines organic brown rice with organic red beans, tomatoes, onions, bell peppers, corn and green chiles. This soup was delicious and tasted very fresh, not like a normal canned soup. It's also organic, gluten-free, and vegan!
The second soup I was able to try is the Organic Chunky Tomato Bisque. We've added tender chunks vine ripened tomatoes to a smooth creamy tomato base to create a full flavored bisque you're sure to enjoy. While I'm not typically a big fan of tomato soup, I really enjoyed this version from
Amy's. I enjoyed this soup with a grilled cheese sandwich this past weekend while snowed in! Scrumptious! Just like the Spanish Rice and Red Beans soup, the Chunky Tomato Bisque is organic and gluten-free.
The third soup I was able to try is the Organic Fire Roasted Southwestern Vegetable Soup. Organic fire roasted corn, onions and green peppers are combined with fresh vegetables and black beans, and mildly seasoned with green chiles and Southwestern spices. I took Amy's. suggestion and enjoyed this with a warm and gooey cheese quesadilla. Yum! Yum! Yum! This was my favorite soup by far!
Amy's products can be purchased at various online retailers including amazon.com.
